We sing a broad spectrum of choral music from the 16th century to the present, including Renaissance motets, contemporary choral works, world folk music, traditional Yale songs, and the great masterworks of the choral-orchestral repertoire. |
Alumni of the Glee Club remain active members of our community of song through annual Singing Dinners, regional choral festivals, reunions, and other activities sponsored by or affiliated with the Yale Glee Club Associates, the Glee Club's own alumni organization. Plans are already underway for the celebration of our 150th anniversary in 2011. |
The Yale Glee Club is one of the most traveled collegiate choruses in the country, and international choral exchange, both on campus and on tour, is an integral part of our mission.
Tours in the current academic year will take us from Philadelphia to Florida to the Dominican Republic.
