The Yale Glee Club is Yale's principal undergraduate mixed chorus and oldest musical organization, having just celebrated its 150th anniversary.
We sing a broad spectrum of great choral music from the 16th century to the present, including Renaissance motets, exciting contemporary choral works, folk songs, spirituals, traditional Yale songs, and the great masterworks of the choral-orchestral repertoire.

Since the days of Marshall Bartholomew, the Yale Glee Club has been recognized throughout the world for its new contributions to the choral repertoire.
Alumni of the Glee Club remain active members of our community of song through annual Singing Dinners, regional choral festivals, reunions, and other activities sponsored by or affiliated with the Yale Glee Club Associates, the Glee Club's own alumni organization.
The Yale Glee Club is one of the world's most traveled collegiate choruses. It has appeared before enthusiastic audiences in every major US city and abroad on six continents.
During the 2010-11 season, the Glee Club traveled to Chicago, Washington DC, San Francisco (for an appearance with Darren Criss from TV's Glee), Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Czech Republic, France, and Turkey.
Our tour in 2012 takes us to California and Hawaii. |
